All products are covered by manufacturer warranties and possibility of extended warranty.
Only goods in their original packaging, not used, are accepted for exchange or refund. No goods may be returned without an authorization for this purpose. Special orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All notices must be received within 7 days of receiving your order. Handling fees may be charged if the return conditions are not met.
We deliver orders over $ 50 free of charge within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your region.
An order can be delivered even if you have no current account with Brassard Buro. Just pay by phone when placing the order with a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express). Unfortunately, no personal checks are accepted.
For any special order item, an approximate lead time of about 10 days is calculated and the goods are non-returnable.
1- The customer must immediately contact the customer service toll free at 1-888-517-2244, to report any problems, dissatisfaction or breakage.
2- Customer service will issue an authorization number, if the request is justifiable, on the Merchandise return document to be faxed to the customer. This document must be visible on the back of the packaging.
3- The original packaging of the product (including the UPC code, manual, parts, etc. included in the package) must be in good condition (Do not write on the original packaging).
4- If original packaging is in poor condition (broken, cut), the return will be refused.
5- The customer must place the original packaging inside the package used to return the goods and enter the authorization number on the outer packaging.
6- All defective items must be exchanged for the same item or similar item.
7-With the exception of defective items, the return period must not exceed seven (7) business days from the date of purchase; after that period, a 15% fee shall apply
8- For all return requests for Brother products, the customer must contact Brother support without exception at this number: 1-877-276-8437.
9- For any return of $ 10 or less, credit is issued but no pickup except in areas defined by our own messengers.
10- No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
11- Any request specially ordered for a customer (item not included in our catalog and numbers that begin with 11 ...) is non-returnable.
12- If a client has an unusual frequency of returns, a fee of 15% shall apply. This must be confirmed with the manager before it is applied.
